Another approach is to use Illustrator’s text glitch effect feature. This feature allows you to apply a range of glitch effects to your text, including distortions, flickers, and pixelation. You can adjust the settings to control the intensity and frequency of the glitch effect, making it easy to achieve the perfect look for your design.

If you want to create a glitch text animation, there are several tools available in Illustrator and other animation software programs. By using keyframes and other animation techniques, you can create a glitch effect that moves and evolves over time. This can add an extra layer of dynamism and interest to your digital artwork.
