How To Draw Snowflakes

After making Snowflakes with the help of the Ellipse Tool and Star Tool, now it’s time to make Snowflakes Drawing with the help of the Polygon Tool. Snowflakes are easy to draw and Snowflake drawing is simple if you follow the steps and draw snowflakes.

Let’s begin with the tutorial:

Step 1

Launch Adobe Illustrator and create a new document. Select #99dff9 in Fill color and then select the Polygon Tool to draw a small polygon on the artboard.

Now select the polygon drawn and create an Offset Path of 7 pt.

Click OK after previewing the result of Offset Path.

Step 2

Select the polygon created with the help of Offset Path. Swap the Fill color into Strokecolor and increase the Stroke Size to 2pt.

Now select the Pen Tool and draw lines on each corner of the polygon.

Step 3

Now select the Ellipse Tool and draw a small circle at the endpoint of each line.

Draw small circles to add details to your snowflakes

Now again select the Pen Tool and draw a straight line with V shapes on it at the center of each line. (See the image below)
