Launch Adobe Photoshop and create a new document. Now follow the below-mentioned steps-
Step 1
Select the Horizontal Type Tool from the Tool Panel and type your text.
Step 2
Go to File > Place Embedded. Browse the colorful background image and place it in the document area.
Step 3
Add a new layer in the Layers Panel by clicking on Create a New Layer icon.
Let the new layer be selected. Press and hold the Ctrl key and left-click on the Text Layer Thumbnail to make a selection of the text.
Step 4
Now right-click on the Brush Tool in the Tool Panel and select the Mixer Brush Tool. In the Brush Preset Picker, select the Rough Round Bristle Brush.
Set the Wet, Load, Mix, and Flow in the Options Bar to 100%. Put a checkmark on Sample All Layers and activate Clean the brush after each stroke icon. (See the image below)
Step 5
After setting up the Mixer Brush Tool, start moving the Brush cursor inside the selection made in Step 3. With the help of this tool, colors will get blended, and every time you move the cursor, it will create a new stroke.
Unhide the colorful background image layer and press Ctrl + D to Deselect. Then create some brush strokes at the beginning and end of the text. This will make the effect look real. (See the image below)
