Logo with Geometric Shape in Adobe Illustrator
In the previous tutorial, you had learned to create Geometric Art in Adobe Illustrator, and in today’s tutorial, you will learn to create Logo with Geometric Shape in Adobe Illustrator.
The tools that will be used in this tutorial are the Polygon Tool, Rectangle Tool, Transform Tool, and Type Tool.
Open Adobe Illustrator and create a document with RGB color mode. Now follow the logo design steps–
Step 1
Select the Rectangle Tool and create a background filled with black color. Now select the Polygon Tool and draw a hexagon. Disable the Fill and the stroke color is white.
Step 2
Now select the shape drawn and click on Object in the Menu Bar. Place the cursor on Transform and select Rotate.
A Rotate dialogue box will appear on the artboard. In that dialogue box, set the angle to 5o and then click Copy.
Step 3
Now press Ctrl + D to create more copies. Press Ctrl + D till you get the desired shape.
Group all the hexagons and create three more copies and place them in descending order.
Color Time
Now select all the rings created and double click on the Gradient Tool in the Tool Panel. Fill the stroke with the Gradient and your Logo with Geometric Shape is ready.
With the help of Type Tool, you can type your text.
