Furry Rabbit in Adobe Illustrator
In today’s Illustrator tutorial, you will learn to create Furry Rabbit in Adobe Illustrator. We will use the Ellipse Tool, Pencil Tool, Blend Tool, and some effects in this tutorial, and you will learn how to draw a rabbit step by step.
Let’s start the tutorial by creating a new document in Adobe Illustrator to draw a rabbit. it’s easy to draw step by step :
Step 1
Select the Ellipse Tool and draw a circle on the artboard. Fill the circle with color #f7cce0 and the stroke is turned off. Now select the Direct Selection Tool and with the help of anchor handles create a shape as shown in the below image.

Step 2
Now select the shape created and create a duplicate copy of it with the help of the Alt key. Select the shape and press and hold Alt Key, then drag the selection to create a duplicate copy. Now change the fill color of the duplicate copy created. Fill it with #ed9dc3 and reduce its size into a tiny shape.
Now place the tiny shape in the middle of the larger shape as shown in the below image.

Step 3
In this step, we will create a Blend. With the help of the Selection Tool select both the shapes and click on Object in the Menu Bar. Place the cursor on Blend and select Make.

If you want to increase the Blend Steps then double click on the Blend Tool in the Tool Bar. Blend Options dialogue box will appear on the artboard. In that dialogue box, increase the Specified Steps and click OK.

Step 4
In this step, we will apply the effect on the Blend created in the above step. Select the shape and click on Effect in the Menu Bar. Place the cursor on Distort & Transform and select Roughen.

A dialogue box will appear on the artboard. In that dialogue box, increase the Detail to 100/in and then click on OK.

This effect will help in creating the fur.

Step 5
Now select the shape and press and hold the Alt key. Drag the selection and create a duplicate copy and place the copy as shown in the below image.

We have created the body of the Furry Rabbit and now we will create one more duplicate copy. Reduce its size and it will be the tail of the Furry Rabbit.

Step 6
Now select the Pencil Tool and draw shapes of the ears and legs of the Furry Rabbit. After drawing the shapes, make the Blend and then apply The Roughen Effect as we have done in the above steps while creating the body of the Furry Rabbit.

Arrange the layers of ears and legs below the layers of the body.
